We offer a choice of 7 revised calendar insets, a minimum of twelve filler pages each year, and a selection of coloured cover materials. To our knowledge no other publishing offers this range of choice.

Each diary has a week to view page, 9 pages of religious articles written by leading church figures. The front and back of the diary contains local parish information supported by local advertisements.

Production costs are offset by the inclusion of advertising interest for which we negotiate. Each year we make application for your local copy matter such as, names of officials and details of your activities, etc., and we also forward a selection of calendar insets, filler pages and cover materials from which a choice can be made.

FREE OF CHARGE
When you agree to have diaries supplied to your Parish completely FREE OF CHARGE we will contact you when our sales agent will be in your area. He will then canvass local businesses including florists, builders, newsagents & funeral directors. When he has finished we will contact you informing you (depending on the amount of advertising support) how many pages of parish information and the quantity of diaries to be supplied to your church.

LOCAL COPY MATTER
Your only obligation is to send each year details you wish to be included in the diary including a list of clergy, times of services, church officers and choice of cover colour, calendar and fillers required.

CALENDAR INSETS
Choices of seven revised calendar insets are available with a choice of two Roman Catholic, Church of England, Church of Wales, Anglo Catholic Non Sectarian, and Church of Scotland. Each calendar inset with a week to view is printed in two colours with all the Saints Days and Bank Holidays printed in the second colour. A minimum of 12 filler pages to choose from and a choice of cover colours.

ADVERTISEMENTS
All advertisements are sold on a two year agreement which guarantees the church is supplied with diaries FREE OF CHARGE for at least two years. The advertiser gets the opportunity to reach a select prospective customer in their local area every day of the year that the diary is used, whilst also helping to support their local church.
